We ship to all
locations. International shipping may require an additional charge
based on actual shipping cost. The international shipment of
software items is subject to USA governmental
restrictions. |

guarantee: |
All products
carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Some products may have a
longer guarantee period if offered by the individual software
producer. |
| Return
policy: |
You may return
an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment
date unless a longer period is offered in the support documentation
the product you purchased. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip
if one was supplied.
When you return an item, please indicate
the reason for the return. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
So if you simply want to return the product as a matter of
preference, just state that you have no complaints but would prefer
to return the item.
You may want to insure your return since
we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you
paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will
appear on your billing statement.

Downloaded software which is fully operational but
limited by time or number of starts may not be returned for a refund
without a specific reason. To obtain a refund for downloaded
software which is offered as a fully operational demo, there must be
a defect, performance limitation or other unforeseen reason for its
return.
